Not an order

Production of the order begins at the next day after we get your payment. So anyway if you have never paid for an order you factually have never made the order.

For Orders not Shipped and Received

You can cancel your order during the “processing” phase (usually within 2-5 business days of purchase). The “processing“ phase is when your painting being printed and not shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact refund@prixel.ru and one of our support agents will assist you.
Please provide the following information when requesting to cancel your order:

  • Full Name Used On Order
  • Order Number
  • Email Address Used On Order

For Orders Shipped but Not Received

All sales are final. If your order was shipped and we sent a tracking # to you but package was lost during shipping, i.e. the shipping status was not updated for period more than 30 days, we will send another item to you. The same painting that you ordered.
Please contact refund@prixel.ru and provide the following information when requesting to cancel your order:

  • Full Name Used On Order
  • Order Number
  • Email Address Used On Order
  • Your tracking #
  • Email Address Used On Order

For Orders Shipped and Received

All sales are final. If you received the painting that you ordered, then it can't be refunded. 
In situation if you received broken or damaged painting you should to contact refund@prixel.ru and provide:

  • Full Name Used On Order
  • Order Number
  • Email Address Used On Order
  • Email Address Used On Order
  • 2-3 photos of the broken item.

In that case we will send you another item, the same that was damaged during shipping.
